Me
What, me? I'm James. Odds are you found me one of three ways:
- You know me. If that's the case, you can probably stop reading now. Not like you're going to learn anything new about a dude you know in real life from the "About" section on his webpage. (Unless you have a friend whose "About" text is something like "If only I could tell my real-life friends that I'm a prolific writer of Sonic the Hedgehog fan fiction, but alas! The secret will have to remain between me and you, dear, dear internet." That would be weird.)
- You don't really know me, but you have my business card or a friend sent you my way or something. In that case, cool! Glad you're here. You might know a little bit about me, but it's cool if you don't. Here are the highlights: I live in Hollywood, I'm a freelance designer (though I do a lot of other creative stuff, too), I'm originally from Pennsylvania, and I drink a lot of iced tea.
- You have no idea who I am. You just clicked a random link and, like crazy voodoo magic, ended up here. You're confused, a little frightened, and completely disoriented. No worries. Look around if you're curious. There are some fun easter eggs hidden around here, for people with the time and inclination to look.

This Site
The construction of this site is a bit of an experiment. (If you don't know code, this might not mean anything to you.) My goal is to have a site that validates completely without ANY div tags. (I might still sneak a SPAN tag or two in there, though. Nobody's perfect.) I want this site to run on purely stylistic CSS. No structural elements. The structure is dictated by the content. In other words, it's pretty much just h, p, a, ol, ul, and li tags. Friendliest kind of code I can think of.
